She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Randolph Ragan and Etta D. Hicks. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Recher; her sister Nancy L. Smith; and her daughters, Debbie Pietrangelo (Gary), Barbara Bowen (Bill) of Sheridan, Indiana, Linda Denger (Randy) and Nancy Stauffer (Mark). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the Pilgrim Lutheran Church.
