She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Munden and Dorthy Munden (Frazier); and her siblings, Bill, Jim, Donald, David, Charles (Irene), Barbara, Joann, Rosie and Rosemary.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Simmons of Lebanon and Shari Hale (Steve) of Lebanon; her grandson Brady Campbell of Lebanon; and her siblings, Steven (Nancy) of Indianapolis, Gary of Indianapolis, Tom Munden (Kim) of Indianapolis and Carolyn McDonald of Indianapolis. She is also survived by two granddaughters, one great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics of Boone County.
