He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Endres and Mary Louise Endres Bourne (Wallace); his stepfather Bruce R. Bourne; and his brother-in-law Denny Duke. He is survived by: his wife Susan Endres (Wethington) of Lebanon; his sons, Steven Endres (Tami) of Lebanon and Kyle Endres (Haley) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Oliver, Oscar, Oakley and Madilyn; and his sister Linda Endres Duke of Lebanon.
