Quinley (Lebanon, Indiana), born in Carmel, Indiana, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Bird Duncan and Catherine Creola Duncan (Baughan); her husband William Carson "Bill" Quinley; her stepmother Myrtle Duncan; her sister Hazel Duncan; and her sister-in-law Carol Duncan.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Lowhorn (Tina) of Lebanon and Jeff Lowhorn (Heather) of Thorntown; her stepdaughter Kathy Wamsley (Roland "Butch") of Lebanon; and her siblings, Jerry Duncan, Amos Duncan, Jr. (Carol), Tanya Bush (Jack) and Shirley Reagan (Harry). She is also survived by six grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
