He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Lynn Moore; and his grandmother Maridell Summers. He is survived by: his father Jason Summers; his stepmother Elizabeth M. "Beth" Summers of Ladoga; his daughter Brooklynn Marie Summers; his siblings, Noah T. Stewart of Camby, Jacob D. Summers of Crawfordsville, Josh N. Summers of Crawfordsville, Austin D. Aldrich of Crawfordsville and Carly D. Summers of Kingman; his grandparents, Richard A., Deborah Moore of Lebanon and Charles A. Summers; and his stepgrandmother Linda Summers of Lebanon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
