He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Dooley. He is survived by: his mother Helen Roberts (Howard); his former wife Edie Dooley (Smith); his spouse Gail Dooley; his stepfather Russell Roberts of Lebanon, Indiana; his daughters, Sarah Dooley of Naples and Susan Muniz (Juan) of Naples, Florida; his grandchildren, Ethan, Hannah and Audrey Muniz of Naples, Florida; his sisters, Jill Hackett (Jim) of Carmel and Joan Coddington (Jim) of Lehigh, Florida; his stepsiblings, Rob Roberts (Janet) of Mechanicsville, Virginia and Margaret A. Hacker of Costa Mesa, California; his niece Jessica Phillips (Shone); and his nephew Adam Tanselle (Stacey).
