She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Nease and Mary Louise Nease (Butler); her children, Melissa Ann and Garry C. Nelson; her grandson Terry L. "TJ" Nelson; and her siblings, Jerry Nease, Marvin Nicely, Mary "Sid" Campbell, Mozelle Wyatt, Beverly Anderson and Lottie Hale.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Myers of Lebanon; her children, Gloria J. Brown (Mike) of Beloit, Terry L. Nelson (Marcia) of Lebanon and James S. "Sam" Myers, III (Mary) of Lebanon; her daughter-in-law Joyce Hinkle (David) of Lebanon; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey C. Nelson (Ashley), Tabitha J. Crain (Tommy), Mindy Mills–Brown (Molly), Melissa Nelson, Missy Wallace (Robert), Lauren Lasley (Blade), Caleb Myers, Trevor Myers and Eli Myers. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in her memory to the Lebanon Park District, 130 East Ulen Drive, Lebanon, IN 46052 for purchase of a tree at Memorial Park.
