He was predeceased by: his parents, David Martin and Margaret Martin (Rutherford). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Martin (Smith) of Lebanon; his brothers, Paul Martin of England, Ian Martin (Elaine) of England and Richard Martin of England; his mother-in-law Christine Smith of Indianapolis; and his brother-in-law Gregory Smith of Lexington, Kentucky.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
