He is survived by: his father Gerald Wayne Hizer, Sr.; his wife Cathy Hizer of Lawrenceburg, IN; his children, Regina Hizer of Aurora, IN, Amber Martin of Cold Springs, KY and Tony Martin (Rissa Winkle) of Cincinnati, OH; his brother Philip Duncan of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Carley Snyder, Saige Martin and Chase Snyder.
