He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Banschbach and Mary Banschbach; his daughter Carole Madison; his brothers, Fred, Bill, Joe, Jerry and Cornelius; and his son-in-law Eric Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Banschbach (Kinnett); his children, John Michael Banschbach (Kathi Felt), Jeffrey Banschbach, Debbie Jackson, Diane Christian (Steve) of Lebanon, IN, Milissa Wallace (Jim) of Rising Sun, IN, Rick Banschbach (Kim) of Rising Sun, IN, Greg Banschbach (Pam) of Rising Sun, IN and Fred Banschbach (Jen); his son-in-law Bill Madison of East Enterprise, IN; his sisters, Mary Mitchell (Roy) of Milan, IN and Rita Leone (Dave) of Clayton, IN; and his sister-in-law Jeannette Banschbach of Cin.
