He is survived by: his father John "Jack" Kruetzkamp of Harrison, OH; his wife Elizabeth Kruetzkamp of Lawrenceburg, IN; his sons, Noah Jack Kruetzkamp of Lawrenceburg, IN and Adam James Kruetzkamp of Lawrenceburg, IN; and his siblings, Jeff Kruetzkamp of Cincinnati, OH, Jerry Kruetzkamp of Cincinnati, OH and Jill Kruetzkamp of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
