He is survived by: his wife Mary Hutchins of Lawrenceburg, IN; his daughters, Lisa Swank (Chad) of Columbus, IN and Regina Zynko (Eric) of Portland, OR; his sister Tina West of Michigan City, IN; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Eric, Christina, Lucas and Lauren.
