She was predeceased by: her father James O'Brien; and her brother Kevin O'Brien. She is survived by: her mother Wanda O'Brien (Neal); her husband Jon Libbert of Greendale, IN; her children, Chris Libbert (Stephanie) of Greendale, IN, Beth Daugherty (Chris) of Aurora, IN and Kate VanDyke (Greg) of Pekin, IL; her grandchildren, Taylor, Paddrick, Jake, Andy, Chase, Charli, Avery and Grant; and her great grandchild Reese.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Greendale EMS or Greendale Fire Dept.
