He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Farina (Kowalczyk) and Sam Farina; and his siblings, Sandra and Leonard. He is survived by: his wife April Elaine Farina; his son Samuel Leonard Farina III; his grandchildren, Samuel Leonard Farina IV of Crown Point, Indiana, Hailey and Victoria of Wyoming; and his siblings, Mary Ann Molden (Samuela Farina), Pat (Larry Pennington), Joan Clark of Jasper, Indiana and Donald Farina of Ferdinand, Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
