We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Janet Prohosky (Lake Village, Indiana), born in Gary, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Donald Patrick (Jeanette); her husband Leroy Prohosky; her children, Melissa Stephens (Michael), Michael Prohosky and Sara Hopper (Charles); and her grandchildren, Michael, Kylie, Claire and Seth.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial for Janet be made to the Huntington's Foundation.
