He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; and his mother Dell Collins. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl McFall (Dan), Bradley Swartz (Mary), Penny MonteMayer (Mark) and Sandy Swartz; and his siblings, Keith Swartz and Peggy Wessling. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
