It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dock Hoover of Lake Village, Indiana, born in Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daily Hoover and Lily Alesick (Spurling); and his brothers, David Hoover, Alec Hoover, Junior Hoover, Kenneth Hoover and Earnest Hoover.
He is survived by: his brother Bo Hoover (Toots Hoover); and his children, Linette Baize of Rensselaer, Christina Kutsch (Jay) of Lake Village, IN, Darrell Hoover of Lake Village, IN and Christopher Hoover (Maria) of Lake Village, IN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
