It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Targgart (Lake Station, Indiana), born in Wheatfield, Indiana, who passed away on May 15, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bud; and her parents, Wright Duane and Jessie B. Armstrong (Odle). She is survived by: her daughter Martha Simpson (Bill) of Hobart; her granddaughter Terri Cook (Chris) of Schererville; her great grandchildren, Cindy Howell (Cameron) and Trina Cook; her niece Kathi Bilek (Frank) of Hobart; her grandchildren, Brian Bilek (Christine) and Kimberly DelCorno (Mark); her great grandchild Enzo DelCorno; and her sister Neva Hubbeling (Armstrong) of Wheatfield, IN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
