He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Lewellyn and Vera Lewellyn (Zagoran); and his brother Walter Lewellyn. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Sue" Myers; his children, James W. Lewellyn of Lafayette and Jody L. Weber (Mark) of Oxford, MS.; his grandchildren, Avery Weber and Jacob Weber; and his brothers, Jerry Lewellyn and Larry Lewellyn of Lafayette.
