She was predeceased by: her parents, Elam Firkin and Velma Firkin (Garmon); her husband Norman Hinkle; her siblings, Virgil, Arthur, Morris Firkin, Helen Booker and Margaret Ann Firkin; and her great grandchild Austin "Kohle" Harris (Welshimer).
She is survived by: her children, Candace Andrews (James) of Lafayette and Ronald Hinkel (Debra) of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Neal Helmkamp (Nikki) of West Lafayette, Katie Welshimer (Brad) of New Richmond, Emily Wallace of Lafayette, Darrin Hinkel (Kristin Bonnett) of London, England of Chicago, Illinois, Douglas Hinkel of Chicago, Illinois and Carleen Hinkel (EJ Moore) of Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Pauline's name may be given to the Westminster Employee Gift Fund for the devotion and love they showed Pauline.
