It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Sue Macy (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Trout and Opal Irene Trout; and her sister Linda Lee Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her daughter Lori Griffiths (Jake) of Sykesville, Maryland; her grandchildren, Isaac Jakub Griffiths and Macy Nicole Griffiths; her niece Kim Bowsher (Bill) of West Point, IN; her nephew Randy Johnson (Amber) of Charlotte, NC; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua Bowsher (Caitlin), Lauren Gooderham (Eric), Robbin Johnson, Rylan Johnson, Tatum Bowsher and Scarlett Gooderham; and her pet Mac Bailey.
In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be directed to West Point Cadet Park, Wild Animal Rescue or Charity of your choice.
