She is survived by: her husband Bobby Dowell Sr.; her daughters, Shannon Hildebrandt (David) of Manitoba, CA and Anna Ratliff (Joseph) of Lafayette; her brother Kevin Vanderbilt (Billie); and her grandsons, Joshua, Andrew, Caleb and Gabriel.
