With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josefina Minjares of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on August 19, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cristobal Salazar and Paula Orozco. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Gaeta (Andres), Ruben Minjares, Hermelinda Magallanes (Luis), Celia Magallanes (Primitivo), Miguel Minjares (Helena), Felix Minjares (Martha), Jesus Minjares (Tina), Gabriel Minjares (Josefa), Sara Ayala (Rigoberto), Laura O. Leon (Filiberto), Isabel C. Gaeta (Humberto) and Catalina Ayala (Alfredo). She is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
