She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Olene Spoonhour and John Richard Keeton; her husband Paul Edwin McKowen; her sons, Richard McKowen (Katie) of Alvin and Mark McKowen (Lesley) of Thorntown; her grandchildren, Kenneth and Elizabeth McKowen; her brother David Keeton (Barbara) of Syracuse; her aunt Phyllis Keeton Comstock of West Lafayette; and her brother-in-law David McKowen (Diana) of Plainfield. She was also cherished by five nieces and numerous great nieces and nephews.
