She is survived by: her father Paul S. Culley; her daughters, Crystal Fairfield (Thomas Kelly) and Michelle Clevenger; her grandchildren, Austin Ward, Aaron Clevenger, Paxton Jones and Kyson Fairfield; and her siblings, Pam Hale, Cindy Kemmerling (Kenny), Brenda Iddings, Beverly Landwerlen, Stan Ranney, Chuck Culley (Jenny), Paul Culley (Bonnie), Lonnie Culley (Debbie) and Mike Phillips (Mary). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
