It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David H. Klumpe of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David H. Klumpe to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Klumpe and Margaret Klumpe (Mauck); his daughter Teresa Klumpe; and his siblings, Margaret L. Mellady, Dorothy Neumuller, Marie Polczynski, Herman Klumpe, Richard Klumpe and Joseph Klumpe.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Lampe of Lafayette; his children, Douglas A. Klumpe (Angela) of Attica, Gregory D. Klumpe (Cynthia) of West Lafayette and Amy J. Huntzinger (Douglas) of Greenwood; and his siblings, Mary Ann Pracht (Richard), Rita Pitman and Thomas Klumpe (Cheryl) of Lafayette. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's name to either St. Ann Soup Kitchen, the American Heart Association, or the Humane Society for Greater Lafayette.
