He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Davis and Marguerite Johnson (Myke Fassnacht). He is survived by: his wife Kelly (Dodds); his daughters, Kati Davis (Matthew Griggs) of West Lafayette, JoAnna Kotrba (Doug Schouten) of Lakewood, Calif and Jenna Kotrba (Doug Thompson) of Peterborough, NH.; his grandchildren, Brooks, Evelyn Thompson, Sadie and Lucy Schouten; and his brother Jack Davis of Gulf Shores, Ala.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
