He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Amanda Louise O'Neal; and his siblings, Francis Elmore (Imogene), Tom Elmore, Tim Elmore (Denise), Lavina Baxter, Janice Fairfield and Sharon Elmore. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
