She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Curtis and Mary Curtis (Hartman); and her brothers, Harry H. and William J. Curtis. She is survived by: her pets, Sadie, Punkin and Autumn; her close friend Donna Kalsow of La Porte, IN; her children, John Lewis II of Tampa, FL and Tracy L. Lewis of North Liberty, IN; her siblings, Rebecca Curtis of Port Charlotte, FL and Thomas Curtis (Janice) of Walkerton, IN; her grandsons, Joshua Aaron Lowe of North Liberty and Owen Zane Lewis of North Liberty; and her close friends, Kris, Michael and Brad Miller. She is also survived by friends and her beloved pets.
