With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Jesse Dare of La Porte, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on May 7, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father J. Ward Dare; his spouse Jean Schmidt; his children, Amy Manuszak (Rob) of Edwardsburg, MI, Lisa Thresh (Tom) of Greenfield and James Dare (Celeste) of La Porte; his grandchildren, Emily, Noah Manuszak, Owen, Alex, Elliot Thresh, Jacey, Jay, Jared, Jimmy Dare, Trenton, Chloe and Connor Haines; his siblings, Jean Patterson and J. Ward Dare; his father-in-law James Schmidt of Mishawaka; and his mother Norma Schmidt. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
