He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Jim" Tallant and Ruth Tallant (Griewank); and his sister Sara Tallant. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Tallant of Austin and G. Todd Tallant of Union Mills; his brother William "Butch" Tallant; his niece Kendra Xidias; his nephews, Craig Gaddy (Tracey) of La Porte and Gary Gaddy; his grandchildren, James, Alex and April Tallant; and his nephew Rusche.
