She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Piasecki and Lorraine Piasecki (Kuta); her husband Allen R. Clem; and her sister Patricia Mulligan. She is survived by: her sister Rosalie Weisser (Robert) of South Bend, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
