She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean M. Baker and Mary Patterson Baker; and her husband Donald A. Welch. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline L. Snuttjer of Chicago, IL, Sheryl A Swaney (Thomas) of Port Charlotte, FL and Scott A Welch (Lisa) of McCordsville; and her grandchildren, Katie Jumper (Matthew) of Cincinnati, Kristine McAllister (Vincent) of Seattle, WA, Joshua Nelson (Andrea) of Elkhart, IN, Jonna Foos (Greg) of Port Charlotte, FL, Alison Welch of Greensboro, NC and Emilie Welch of Lafayette, IN. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
