It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Riedel of La Porte, Indiana, born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fritz Martin Adolf Riedel. She is survived by: her brother Donald Koebbe; her grandson Daniel Hodum; her sons, Carl Riedel (Mei) of Chesterton and Grant Riedel (Donna) of Rolling Prairie; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kaitlyn and Madelain Riedel; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Butler and Elliott Terusiak.
