She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Bland Phillips and Lucy Jane Phillips (Mayfield); and her siblings, Martha L. Evanto, Richard, Marlin and Everett Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Carl Eddy; her children, David C. Eddy (Carole) of Valparaiso, IN and Kathryn A. Hultgren (Steve) of Fishers, IN; her brothers, Donald Phillips of Michigan City, IN and George Henry Phillips of Morgantown, WV; her grandchildren, Cheryl, Kyle and Elliott; and her stepgranddaughters, Kim and Lori.
