She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hollett and Adeline Hollett (Bushore); her husband Robert D. Conklin; her son Michael Conklin; and her brother Thomas Sherwood.
She is survived by: her children, Kristi Dowler (Michael) of Aurora, Illinois and Donald Conklin (Mary) of La Porte, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Tammy Carmichael of Valparaiso, Indiana; her grandchildren, Robbie, Brandon, Eric, Sierra, Nick, Ryan, Adam, Paige and Noah; her great grandchildren, Emery and Kaia; and her brother Jerry Sherwood (Joyce) of North Carolina.
