She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery J. Wozniak and Catherine E. Wozniak (Palmer); her husband Matthew T. Kelly; her grandson Chris Cummings; and her brother Ralph J. Wozniak.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Zotti (Jim), Carol Cummings (Thomas), Judith Burns (Stephen) and Dr. Neil Kelly (Betsy); and her sister Celeste C. Casey (Michael). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Charity of Donor's Choice, 4-H, or Gibault Child Service.
