He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith; his children, Schalonda Pluta (David) of South Bend and Jimmy A. Shaw (Deb LeRoy) of Rolling Prairie; his grandchildren, Gregory Shaw, Jaedyn Shaw, Bailey Lyman, Ashton Lyman, Addison Lyman, Whitley Pluta and Waylon Pluta; his siblings, Lenore Howard of La Porte, Rowena Meyers of Michigan City and Robert Shaw (Linda) of Knox; and also Sophia.
