It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Louis Hartman of La Porte, Indiana, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Daniel and Helen Martha Hartman (Thompson); his wife Margaret "Peggy" Kay Hartman (Ault); his children, Dianne Foran (Jim) of La Porte, Paul Hartman (Kimberly Ritter) of Michigan City, Douglas Hartman (Doreen) of Walkerton and Lori Baugh (Pat) of Delphi; his siblings, John Hartman (Mary) of Hendersonville, Neil Hartman (Alexa) of Marion and Danette York of Michigan City; his grandchildren, Sarah Murphy, Lisa Copp (Josh), Jay Baugh and Marissa Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Everett Murphy, Russell and Caroline Copp; his son David Harner; and his brother Carl Hartman.
