He was predeceased by: his mother Paulette Shirley Craig (Nonnemaker). He is survived by: his father Adam Daniel; his wife Misty Flentge; his children, Abigail Danielle and Adam Lee Craig of La Porte; his sisters, Debra Weiler (Jim) of La Porte, Jaymie Shoff (Chris) of Winamac and Jodi Lewis (Eric O'Banion) of Rolling Prairie; his mother-in-law Norma Thompson (John) of Texas; his close friends, Jimmy, Rudy, Eric, Kyle, Jay and Brian; his brother Barry; his brother-in-law Stephen Lewis; his father-in-law Alvinlee Flentge; and also Dolly Ewing of Winamac. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephew and great nieces.
