He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Malik (David) and Vicki Johnson (Tommy); his grandchildren, Amanda Steele (Jacob Forsythe), Jacob Malik and Anamarie Elizabeth Johnson; his great grandchild Zane Forsythe; and his sister Francis Petrey.
