With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Buchanan Jr. of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Aaron and Essie Buchanan; and his aunt Vera Martin. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Buchanan, Sr. (Borkowski); his spouse Jamie Curry; his father Billy Buchanan, Sr. (Jean); his daughter Emma Buchanan; his grandparents, Rich "Paka" and Sharlene Borkowski; his cousin Deborah Cummins (Justin); his sisters, Holly Buchanan, Lynsey Daley (Chance) and Tasha Buchanan; his parents-in-law, John and Kathy Curry; his brother-in-law John Curry (Kelly); and his friends, Ryan Humphrey and Lucas King. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Jamie Buchanan, in loving memory of Billy Buchanan, to go towards their daughter's college savings fund.
