Wesley K. Mims Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wesley K. Mims of Kokomo, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 18, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leeroy Mims and Lillie Bell Mims (Lewis); his spouse Oral Bernice Leach; and his siblings, David Mims, Dale Mims, Alfred Mims, Harold Mims, Raymond Mims, Jerry Mims, Edward Mims, Alvie Kirk, Zeda Accord, Ethal Rudd and Lesley "Fat" Mims.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Tucker (Kent) and Jeremy Mims; his grandchildren, Carina Mims, Joshua Tucker (Ashlee), Jason Tucker and Kristin Tucker-Pauley (Arthur); and his great grandchildren, Eli Chalk, Adalene Pauley, Zayden Tucker and Ryker Tucker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Wesley's memory to Shirley & Stout Funeral Home to assist with expenses.
