He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Hoogerhyde and Bernice F. Hoogerhyde (McCluskey); his wife Ruth E. Hoogerhyde (Klein); and his children, Kathy Gresley and Mark Hoogerhyde.
He is survived by: his son Glen Hoogerhyde (Vanessa). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery, Chapel of Love (2097 W Alto Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902).
