He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Floyd and Doris Floyd (Smith); his former wife Dorothy; and his sisters, Marlene and Caroline.

He is survived by: his wife Eva Floyd; his children, Keith Floyd (Rebecca), Billy Floyd (Lisa), Teresa Gaddis (John), Greg Floyd (Tracy) and Jerry Floyd (Sherry); his stepdaughters, Debbie McKay (Mike) and Karen Tribby (Terry); and his grandchildren, Ben Floyd, Jarred Floyd, Kayla McCarroll, Luke Floyd, Shannon Boehler, Elizabeth Jameson, Courtney Huntsman, Tiffany Aeschliman, Ivy Johnson, Brandon Gaddis, Kassandra Koontz and Lindsey Arwood. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
