He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley W. Wheeler and Mabel Wheeler (Gano); his son Mitchell W. Wheeler; and his brother Phillip A. Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Pamela S. Rubow; his sisters, Cathy Kanable (Dan) and Sandra K. Wheeler (Lisa Price); and his pet Prince.
