He was predeceased by: his mother Edith McCall; his stepfather Willis McCall; his grandparents, Gilford and Viola Mills; and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Barbara Marner.

He is survived by: his wife Vivian Mills (Marner); his daughters, Lori Mills of Kokomo, Jennifer Evans (Adam) of Kokomo and Kimberly Miller (Bryan) of Noblesville; and his grandchildren, Shelby Evans, Elijah Evans, Gavin Miller and Lauren Miller.

In lieu of flowers, you may make memorial donations in Randle's memory to the American Cancer Society or donor's choice.
