She is survived by: her husband Ted Slate; her sons, Jeff Scott Slate, Mark Kitselman Slate (Danielle Lynn) and Rick Fredrick Slate; her grandchildren, James Kagen Slate, Morgan Kennedy Slate, Brayton Harpe, Mason Harpe, Lauryn Elizabeth Slate, Ian Fredrick Slate, Cameron Joel Cothern, Savannah Ruth Slate and Jansen Fredrick Slate; and her great grandchild Maisie Juniper Slate.
