She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Shiflet and Ollie Shiflet (Brewer). She is survived by: her husband Paris Hugh Roe; her children, Roger Roe (Sandy), Terry Doyle Roe (Debra), Jim Roe (Kristi) of Maryville, TN, Brian Roe (Carla Wright) and Wanda Jean Skaggs (Darrell); her stepdaughter Terry Sue Young (Jim) of Louisville, KY; her siblings, Wilma Carter of Speedwell, TN, Jim Shiflet (Ellen) of Franklin, WI and Harold Shiflet of Tazwell, TN; her grandchildren, Paris Gabriel Roe (Lori), Dallas Amber Roe, Jesse May, Mark Skaggs (Jennifer Creasey), Jeff Skaggs (Shirlene), Chad Roe, Torrey Roe (Bambi) and Graham Roe (Suzi); and her stepgrandchildren, Tara Lynn, Logan Tong and Aaron Tong (Sydney Hess). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Maple Grove Community Church, or the Alzheimer's Association.
