She is survived by: her husband Wendell Simmons; her children, Scott Simmons and Carla Rock; her granddaughters, Stephanie Smith (Dan), Samantha Simmons, Alexandra Simmons and Olivia Simmons; her great grandchildren, Baylee Foltz, Parker West and Mason West; and her siblings, Jim Walton and Jerri Walton.
